Returns are accepted for non customized options within the first 10 days of receipt of order. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All customized orders are non-returnable/refundable.

Shipping:
All of our orders are shipped via USPS/Fedex/UPS. All products and packages will be shipped in a timely fashion in conjunction with our estimated turnaround estimate at the time of order. In the event of a lost package, please contact us to discuss product replacement.
